Non-Custom Products: Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returned non-custom items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Custom Products: Custom-made products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
